Crack the fat loss code with a sprint training workout.

For many years I have been trying to crack the fat loss code. I have always carried that stubborn belly fat around my mid section. No matter what I have tried that layer of fat just won’t burn off until now. I now know the way to crack the fat loss code is with a sprinting workout.

Forget those boring never ending cardio sessions in an attempt to crack the fat loss code, the secret to burning off unwanted belly fat is sprint training. Not only does sprint training burn off of those layers of unwanted belly fat to reveal those hard abs but it also greatly improves your physical conditioning. The sprint training workout involves short intense bursts of speed with cool down periods.
Before we get to the actual sprint training workout let’s take a quick look at the science behind the benefits of sprint training and why it is able to crack the fat loss code.

1) Sprint training is very intense and due to this it creates a high level of excess post exercise oxygen consumption or EPOC, which means that a large amount of calories are burned just to return the body to its pre exercise state. The harder you make the sprint the greater the oxygen consumption and the greater the calories burned.
2) During regular sprint training your body is produces greater amounts of enzymes resulting in greater ATP storage in the muscles. The result of this increased ATP or energy source in the muscles is that it delays the onset of fatigue allowing you to burn greater calories
3) Regular sprint training workouts raise the body’s metabolism to a greater level burning greater calories, and the fuel source you guessed it body fat.
4) Lactic acid is a by-product created from muscular activity and enzyme release, which quickly fatigues your muscles into submission. Regular sprint training over time actually reduces lactic acid build-up enabling you to workout for longer and harder

In order to crack the fat loss code our suggested sprint training workout is as follows:

1) Warm up thoroughly with a slow jog for 5 minutes
2) Sprint 100 metres
3) Walk back the 100 metres at moderate pace
4) Sprint 100 metres again and complete this cycle 6 times
5) Do a 5-minute cool down.

There you have it so forget those long boring cardio sessions in order to crack the fat loss code opt for a sprint training workout to kick your body into fat burning furnace mode.

good thing I won state for my highschool cross country, now that I did that excersize i got an 8 pack because I had six pack already. don’t just stop after you get a six pack, keep going until you get as big, strong, and as ripped as you have ever wanted, even after that thrive to get even stronger and tighter abs. you never know when you’re going to have to protect someone by fighting and they’ll hit you in the stomache and they’ll think they broke their wrist while your standing there laughing. So thank you for tellng everybody about sprint training.
