get lean at home Warning: this style of home workout is WAY different than anything you’ve ever tried before and may result in a dramatically leaner, stronger body so that your friends no longer recognize you in a matter of weeks!

Alright, I exaggerated about your friends recognizing you, but this home workout is still great for busy people that always use the excuse that they don’t have time to go to the gym, or even for the normal gym rat to try out for a few weeks to break out of a plateau.

Please keep an open-mind and don’t worry so much about what other people think, because this is quite different and you may get some funny looks, but you’ll get the last laugh with your new rock hard body! To be honest, most people are too self conscious to try something like this. If that’s the case for you, then that’s your loss.

Here’s how it works (these home workouts can be done at home or even in your office):

With alot of fat loss programs they are usually touted by individuals who sit behind desks and have never lifted a weight in their life and that really annoys me, having spent many years of blood sweat and tears in the gym.

Now I have long been a fan of  muscle building and fat shredding guru Jeff Anderson who created the Optimum Anabolics natural testosterone boosting workout program which I still use regularly to boost muscle gains.  Jeff spent many years in the US army as a fitness coach and body conditioning instructor and has applied this knowledge and also thorough scientific research to come up with a revolutionary fat burning program that is designed to banish ugly belly fat and get you in your best shape ever.

Now the program is called Combat the Fat and it uses the most powerful fat burning strategies to keep you lean healthy and strong.

Here is where it gets exciting I have decided to personally take on the 12 week Combat the Fat challenge and give this revolutionary fat burning program a go and I want you to join me guys and gals…….. starting on June 8th

Yes that’s right join me from day one all the way through the 12 weeks. I shall be creating a secure website just for our use. You will be able to send in your before pictures and progress pictures as well as sharing your daily workout experiences and feelings. I shall be available to offer advice throughout so let’s get down to it and burn off that belly fat, feed off each other and get shredded.

Being fit and healthy is the in thing. Actually, it really never goes out of style. That body is the most valuable asset you could have in your lifetime. Thus it is important that you take good care of it. Give it the proper attention it needs.

When it comes to ensuring and maintaining the health, the best option is to do cardio training.

What Is Cardio Training?

Cardio training involves any activity that requires the use of the large muscle groups of the body in a regular and uninterrupted manner. It elevates the heart rate between 60 to 85 percent of the fastest heart rate you could get.

Some of the usual cardio training activities are walking, jogging, running, aerobics, cycling, tae bo, swimming and rowing. Cardio training is considered an aerobic exercise as one is required to move from one exercise to another. Read the rest of this entry

every other day dietGot a question for you:   Should you “stay hungry”?

Let me explain what I mean.

Arnold Schwarzenegger made a movie a while time ago called “Stay Hungry.” Only a handful of people saw it. I was one of them. I loved the idea of “staying hungry” — of never sitting on your rear end too long… of never being totally comfortable… and of always progressing.

Think about it:

Most of your greatest progress comes at the expense of temporary comfort. This does not mean you should torture yourself. But being ‘too’ comfortable? Well that’s bad news when it comes to weightloss and success in general if you ask me.

Here’s two examples:
First, it is now 1:02 AM Texas time. I am writing this letter to you despite being quite tired and ready to hit the sack.

Why?

Because when it comes to my job, I like to stay hungry.

I am not satisfied with a “do it tomorrow” attitude. I have something to say and I feel that I owe it to you to say it. Plus I love my job. I know my information is more than just “books that sell well” — I know it’s information that changes peoples lives. That makes me stay hungry.

One question I always get asked on my travels by both men and women alike is “What is the best way to loose belly fat”?

The answer to the question is really quite simple and straightforward. The best way to loose belly fat is to follow a simple weight training routine incorporating intervals of high intensity cardio exercise and to eat regular small meals.

First we have to dispel one myth you cannot turn belly fat into muscle. Both muscle and fat are totally different, in the fact that fat is stored energy created by surplus calorie intake and muscle is a fibrous tissue that can be built bigger and stronger through resistance training. Fat can be burn’t off to supply energy to fuel your weight training workouts in order to build muscle and their you have another secret, the more muscle you build the more fat you burn.
