This is going to sound completely INSANE (but I can PROVE this is true)!.
What if all those articles you’ve read about “how much protein you need” to build muscle were 95% FALSE?.
What if I told you that your body can actually GREATLY increase its muscle-building and fat-burning
(yes…at the SAME TIME!) even in the ABSENCE of protein?
Would you believe me?
Well, it turns out that there’s a “long lost” 24 year old research study that actually showed that for *short cycles*, limiting the amount of protein you consume can actually SKYROCKET your body’s natural “anabolic hormone” production.
(We’re talking about your “natural juices” like TESTOSTERONE and GROWTH HORMONE that are powerful muscle-activators and fat-melters.)
How much of an increase?
How does 1,000% over average levels sound?
(No…that’s NOT a typo! Up to ONE THOUSAND PERCENT!)
And get this…there were no side effects and it was accomplished WITHOUT steroids, or even supplements!
In fact, the secret lies in a hidden natural “trigger” that’s lying in your body RIGHT NOW, just WAITING for you to “pull it” and safely unleash a flood anabolic hormones that you can literally FEEL coursing through your veins!
Got your attention now? Good! (more…)
Much research has been done into the seemingly impossible task of “spot reduction” of body fat.
You know…like how to burn fat directly off of your belly WITHOUT taking away from the butt you’re so proud of.
While experts have claimed that there’s no way to “spot reduce” where you’re able to take of the fat, recent studies are showing that it may in fact be possible.
For example, scientists have studied exactly WHERE fat is burned from in order to fuel certain activities.
It seems that there may be a unique connection where the fat cells in the location of the muscles being exercised may actually provide the bulk of the long term fuel for your training.
This is NOT definitive yet, but it holds promise.
It also supports my theory (and again, this is ONLY my theory!) that your MIND-MUSCLE CONNECTION plays a STRONG role in how much, and WHERE you can burn fat.
In this article, I reveal a unique tip that I use to increase the “mind-muscle” connection to (again, in theory) burn more belly fat from your training by implementing a crazy “cardio fat blaster”…
If you have ever wasted (I mean spent) any sort of time on a bodybuilding forum than you have seen the countless posts on, “Should I do cardio if I am trying to build muscle?”
The (silly) debate will never end and typically results in you destroying your frame that once had potential by attempting to bulk up but getting fat instead. Look at cardio as a tool to help you get muscular without getting fat and a pot belly at the same time. Bulking up does NOT have to equal getting fat.
Watch the 4 minute gaining muscle and losing fat video below that clearly shows how to incorporate cardio
into a muscle building routine and address this confusion.

The main reason I addressed this issue is because I’m sick and tired of you completely losing your waist line, getting a double chin and gaining weight that only makes you look “bulky” and not ripped and muscular because you listened to someone who told you to not do cardio if you want to build muscle.
Your waist line will thank you for watching this video
Being fit and healthy is the in thing. Actually, it really never goes out of style. That body is the most valuable asset you could have in your lifetime. Thus it is important that you take good care of it. Give it the proper attention it needs.
When it comes to ensuring and maintaining the health, the best option is to do cardio training.
What Is Cardio Training?
Cardio training involves any activity that requires the use of the large muscle groups of the body in a regular and uninterrupted manner. It elevates the heart rate between 60 to 85 percent of the fastest heart rate you could get.
Some of the usual cardio training activities are walking, jogging, running, aerobics, cycling, tae bo, swimming and rowing. Cardio training is considered an aerobic exercise as one is required to move from one exercise to another. (more…)
With alot of fat loss programs they are usually touted by individuals who sit behind desks and have never lifted a weight in their life and that really annoys me, having spent many years of blood sweat and tears in the gym.
Now I have long been a fan of muscle building and fat shredding guru Jeff Anderson who created the Optimum Anabolics natural testosterone boosting workout program which I still use regularly to boost muscle gains. Jeff spent many years in the US army as a fitness coach and body conditioning instructor and has applied this knowledge and also thorough scientific research to come up with a revolutionary fat burning program that is designed to banish ugly belly fat and get you in your best shape ever.
Now the program is called Combat the Fat and it uses the most powerful fat burning strategies to keep you lean healthy and strong.
Here is where it gets exciting I have decided to personally take on the 12 week Combat the Fat challenge and give this revolutionary fat burning program a go and I want you to join me guys and gals…….. starting on June 8th

It’s 2009. Your old excuses for not getting in shape won’t work. As Dr. Evil (Austin Powers) said, ZIP IT! I don’t want to hear them anymore! Read em’, then haul your excuseless butt to the gym!
1. I have no time.
According to a story in a recent issue of Men’s Health magazine, Barack Obama works out for 45 minutes a day, 6 days a week. Obama doesn’t just play basketball either. Our new president stays fit to lead with cardio and weight lifting. He also says he wishes he could train 90 minutes a day. Have you ever seen what the daily schedule of a U.S. president looks like? If the busiest man in the world can train every day for 45 minutes a day, then what’s your excuse? ZIP IT! You ain’t got one!
2. It’s too expensive.
Getting in shape certainly is expensive… if you keep wasting hundreds of dollars, month after month on worthless “miracle” weight loss pills, internal cleansing gimmicks and “magic” potions that all claim to make you slim. Deceptive advertising and slick marketing for bogus diet aids is more rampant than ever. 2008 was the year of thewu-long tea scam, the acai berry scam, and, of course, the ubiquitous “cleansing” and “detox” gimmicks . Unless you put on your critical thinking cap and learn to investigate before you invest, then you’ll get scammed by 2009’s flavor of the year as well. Your quest for those elusive “6-pack” abs will not only continue to be expensive, you’ll go broke. Walking, jogging, calisthenics and body weight exercises are FREE. If you want to know what’s really expensive, tally up the cost of legitimate expenses like natural food, gym memberships, fitness education, dumbbells and so on, and compare that to your doctor’s bill when you’re sick.
