Good afternoon to you all, I hope you enjoyed the first part of your 4 minute fat loss workout. I know I certainly ache and I must admit that I found it tough and a total change compared to my usual philosophy of counting reps. But “ay” that what builds muscle and burns fat, change and intensity is good. Today we focus on the pulling muscles in Part 2 of the 4 minute fat loss workout. Today we are going to focus on a 4 minute fat loss workout video which burns belly fat fast and to show off those 6 pack abs. The important part of the 4 minute fat loss workout is that we do not work to set reps as is normal with the majority of fat loss workouts but work to the clock. We have split the 4 minute fat loss workout video into 2 parts which categorise two muscle actions. The first part of the fat loss workout video deals with the pushing muscles and the second which will follow tomorrow deals with pulling muscles.
