CB: Okay Mike, so where does the average man or woman go wrong when it comes to training abs?

MG: Most people are probably going to be surprised with this answer. In their quest for ’six pack abs’, the biggest mistake I see people making is wasting WAY too much of their time training their abs directly… pumping away with all kinds of different abs-specific exercises.

I’m sure you know what I’m referring to. The person is trying so hard to get those abs to show, that they’re spending almost all of their time in the gym with hundreds of reps of various crunches, leg raises, twisting exercises, etc. Meanwhile, all of that wasted time directly training the abs could have been better spent on a properly designed full body workout program that would elicit a much better metabolic response and increase the fat-burning hormone levels in their body as well. Crack the fat loss code with a sprint training workout.

For many years I have been trying to crack the fat loss code. I have always carried that stubborn belly fat around my mid section. No matter what I have tried that layer of fat just won’t burn off until now. I now know the way to crack the fat loss code is with a sprinting workout.

4 Minute Fat Loss Workout Part 1 of 2

 Today we are going to focus on a 4 minute fat loss workout video which burns belly fat fast and to show off those 6 pack abs. The important part of the 4 minute fat loss workout is that we do not work to set reps as is normal with the majority of fat loss workouts but work to the clock. We have split the 4 minute fat loss workout video into 2 parts which categorise two muscle actions.
